Throughtout my entire professional career, I have been involved in producing and organizing events. From grand openings, annual meetings, radio events, anniversary parties, community events, and virtual events, I have worked with committees and teams as well as worked alone to create event experiences to reach listeners, consumers, students, and the community. Other events that I have produced included concerts, expos, bridal shows, and health fairs.

Sharefax Credit Union Events
Grand Opening & 60th Anniversary
In 2021, I produced the 60th Anniversary and Grand Opening of the new corporate office of Sharefax Credit Union. The event featured a ribbon cutting, food trucks, radio live broadcast and deejay, inflatables and games. Over 300 people attended the event. I also secured a grand prize giveaway of a Nashville Road Trip including hotel accommodations, concert event tickets and gas card.
Annual Meeting
I manage the annual Board of Directors meeting each year. I handle all venue relations, member invitations and registration, donations, board elections, etc.
Payne Theological Seminary
Regional Conference on Mass Incarceration
Anderson Ecumenical Institute's Mass Incarceration Symposium was held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. This workshop featured a panel discussion, question and answer session, community resource room, followed by our keynote speaker, Mr. Glenn E. Martin, President and Founder of JustLeadershipUSA. Solutions were the focus of the event in reference to mass incarceration, reentry challenges, and policy reform.
Commencement Ceremony
The commencement ceremony at Payne Theological Seminary was the premiere event of the institution. I served on the planning committee to help with venue relations, invitation design and mailing, program design, audio / visual coordination, and event set-up. I worked closely with the Office of the President and with the Alumni Association.
MLK Lebanon Events
MLK Lebanon 5K Fundraisers
MLK Lebanon hosted several 5K fundraisers to support local organizations. The Earth Day 5ks benefited the Little Miami Conservancy and the Caesar Creek handicap accessible trail project.
MLK Day Celebration in Lebanon
MLK Lebanon has hosted the annual celebration for over 38 years inconjunction with Bethel AME Church. As part of the event planning committee, I have served as co-chair, publicity chair, and community service chair.
RADIO EVENTS
EdgeFest 96
As the Promotions Director for the alternative rock station, 103.9 FM -The Edge, I was the event coordinator for the first annual EdgeFest that was held at the University of Dayton. I was responsible for booking talent, coordinating transportation, securing extreme sporting teams, and working with vendors.
Beat Summer Jam
Proud to be on the event production team of the one and only Beat Summer Jam in Dayton, Ohio. I was responsible for securing talent by working with the record labels as music director / assistant program director / promotions director for WBTT-FM, 94.5 The Beat
Not only was this the first Hip-Hop concert at the Wright State Nutter Center, it was the first time LL Cool J would take the stage in Dayton. It was a major accomplishment to land him as our headliner, to meet him, and to watch him perform.

2021 MLK Celebration in Lebanon
I served as the Master of Ceremony for the 36th Annual MLK Celebration in Lebanon. In addition, I was one of the producers of the event. I created the run of show and all graphics. I also scripted the event and helped secure participants. I worked with the videographer to edit and finalize the event. I managed the YouTube upload process and scheduled the premiere event.
Our Constitution As It Lives & Breathes
I was part of the collaboration between MLK Lebanon and NAACP Bulter/Warren Co. Chapter to create the virtual event that featured historians and educators discussing the U.S. Constitution. As one of the event producers, I helped create the run of show and all graphics. I helped confirm participants. I edited the video and managed the YouTube upload process and scheduled the premiere event.

Earth Day Virtual 5k and Virtual Fair
MLK Lebanon celebrated Earth Day while raising funds for local organizations that support environmental issues in the community. I was a co-project leader helping to create social media graphics, confirm participants for the virtual fair, securing prize giveaways, and organizing runner kits.
